Who we're looking for
You don't need a million followers.
- Based in LebanonBeirut or anywhere Hez facilities are, and wherever you travel to train.
- You post about sport, fitness or an active lifePadel, pilates, boxing, running, the gym. Any of it, as long as it's real.
- 3,000+ engaged followers on Instagram or TikTokEngagement matters more to us than the number.
- You actually trainYour bookings show up in the app. That's the whole audition.

A short onboarding call, then your ambassador pass, your code and your first 105 credits.

Questions creators ask us.
Do I need a big following?
No. We look at engagement and whether you actually train, more than the follower count. Three thousand engaged followers beat fifty thousand silent ones.
What do I have to post?
Four posts or stories a month about your real sessions, in your own voice. We'll send ideas and tag suggestions, never scripts.
Is there a contract?
A simple ambassador agreement, renewed every three months. Either side can step away with a short notice, no hard feelings.
Can I work with other fitness brands?
Sports brands, apparel and supplements are fine. We only ask that you don't represent another gym-access or booking app while you're a Hez ambassador.
When do I hear back?
We review applications every week and reply to everyone, whether or not it's a fit right now.
